1. Your Rights & Our Promise

This policy complies with EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Romanian Law 449/2003. We believe in fair treatment and will work with you to resolve any concerns about our custom software development services.

2. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under EU law, you have 14 days from contract conclusion to withdraw without reason by notifying us at admin@nevolut.com.

Important Exception:

This right doesn't apply to custom software if:

  • • The service is personalized to your specifications
  • • Work has started with your express consent and acknowledgment

Valid withdrawals receive full refunds within 14 days via original payment method.

4. 2-Year Quality Guarantee

Under EU law, we provide a 2-year guarantee against faulty services or digital content. If we can't fix significant defects, you're entitled to a full or partial refund or price reduction.

This covers non-conformity issues like major bugs not matching agreed specifications, with reversed burden of proof for the first year.

5. Alternatives & Exceptional Cases

When refunds aren't applicable, we offer alternatives to ensure your satisfaction:

  • Service credits for future projects
  • Extended support periods
  • Discounts on additional services
  • Project modifications at no extra cost

We may provide discretionary refunds for force majeure events or our errors.

6. Refund Processing

We review refund requests within 5 business days and process approved refunds within 14 days (EU maximum) using your original payment method.

Payment Methods: Stripe (credit card) or bank transfer

No Fees: We don't deduct processing fees from refunds

7. How to Request a Refund

Submit refund requests to admin@nevolut.com including:

  • Project name and contract details
  • Reason for refund request
  • Supporting documentation if applicable

We'll respond within 5 business days with our decision and next steps.
